Joe Molloy; founder of EOC Environmental entered the environmental industry in 2012 after completing his education at Plymouth State University. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy.
Joe fell in love with residential construction and building science when his parents started building their vacation home in Gilford in 1998. After completing his education, he worked in the family car business and quickly found his way back to environmental consulting focusing on asbestos, mold, and petroleum cleanup. Joe gained experience and knowledge to support clients large and small until 2018 when he took a leave of absence to care for his oldest daughter. She was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at 20 months old and they developed an incredible bond during this time. After supporting and nursing her back to health, Joe explored opportunities in the environmental industry, and it wasn’t long before he got a sign to follow his dreams of opening his own business.
While watching the news at the gym one morning, he saw that the #1 thing people in New Hampshire are afraid of in their homes is mold. Joe came home and shared with his wife that he knew what he was going to do; start his own mold and asbestos inspection business! Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Joe took on life as an entrepreneur and business owner.
The doors of EOC Environmental opened in 2018 and have supported homeowners and businesses throughout New England. Since 2018, the team at EOC has grown to 7 amazing team members. They work together to live a life of freedom, flexibility, responsibility, and above all FUN!
Joe is married to his wife Alex, and they have two amazing, beautiful, spicy, and loving daughters. They live in Gilford, New Hampshire, and enjoy skiing, mountain biking, wake surfing, and all outdoor activities!
