EOC Environmental was started in 2018 with the primary focus of providing sound environmental solutions to projects large and small to a variety of clients throughout New England with the ultimate goal of peace of mind for the client. Now with five locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and growing, EOC is able to service all of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, southern Maine, and eastern Vermont.

The founder.
Owner and founder, Joe Molloy has a diversified educational and professional background with a Bachelors of Science in Meteorology, a Masters in Environmental Science and Policy, and professional experience in environmental consulting. Combining expertise in building science, atmospheric science and environmental science, Joe is able to help clients focus on the source of the problem and provide a cost effective approach to a solution.
In 2021, EOC became a family-run business when Joe’s wife Alex joined the company full-time. Alex has a background in marketing, graphic design, and communications and provides operational support.
Outside of EOC, Joe, Alex, and their daughters spend as much time outdoors as possible. They spend their winters skiing, snowboarding and ice fishing, and summers are spent enjoying the lake and mountain biking.
