Mold Assessment and Inspection
EOC Environmental works to assess and inspect for mold and other microbial growth. Mold is a naturally occurring fungus but when under the right conditions can grow and have effects on human health and building structures.
Asbestos Assessment and Testing
Prior to renovation or demolition it is necessary to sample and test any suspect materials for the presence of asbestos. We work to identify specific project needs, understand the scope of renovation and demolition, and sample impacted materials.
Mold and Asbestos Project Management
After the moisture problem is addressed and/or the asbestos containing materials are sampled, it may be necessary to remediate the problem. EOC works the client and certified remedial contractors to come up with a time and cost for effective remediation.
